Empower Simcoe is committed to protecting your privacy.  Empower Simcoe is responsible for protecting all personal information in its possession and operates in compliance with fair information practices which identify ten privacy principles, as identified in the CSA Model Code for the Protection of Personal information, that are the foundation of federal, provincial and municipal privacy laws.  We collect your information in order to provide the best supports possible. We ensure that all of our staff, volunteers and students understand the importance of protecting your privacy rights and fulfilling our obligations.
